Word of the Day: Staying Connected
Word of the Day: Staying Connected

If Satan can’t mess with your life by getting you to do wrong things, then his plan B is to mess your life by distracting you to do many other things.

There is nothing wrong with striving to achieve in being the best in everything but staying connected with God should always be our number one priority.

If we do not stay connected, we end up being caught up by many other activities that we lose sight of the one thing that’s most important – Fruitfulness.

The single greatest source of stress in our lives is when we get disconnected from God. When you disconnect from God, then stress takes over.

Stress shows that you are not connected to the Vine. Peter a disciple of Jesus was connected with Jesus when he had faith that he could walk on water.

However, the moment he disconnected from believing in Jesus, he started sinking. How many times do we end up sinking in stress yet we are to walk in Faith?

Therefore, let us remember that every time we are disconnected from God, we are walking out of Faith. And when we are out of Faith, we end up walking in Fear.

The result of this is that fear produces selfishness and gives Satan an access point to mess with your life by distracting you.

Therefore, being connected to God is important. Read the Bible, pray, witness and love those around you. Stay Connected to the Vine!

“Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.”
John 15:4
