Kenyans in Abu Dhabi on Thursday had a smooth celebration of Kenya@50 which was organised by the Kenya Embassy@ Hilton Abu Dhabi.The events were held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on Thursday and Friday respectively.
While the event in Adu Dhabi went smoothly,the one in Dubai which was organised by Dubai consulate at The Address Hotel kicked of smoothly until when free beer was introduced.Chaos broke out and everything went on a mess in the conference room with breaking of wine glasses as the beer was being grabbed.A notice was given for everyone to vacate in 15 minutes due to the mess.
Hotel address is owned by emaar group which employs a number of Kenyans in retail,hospitality and real estate in UAE and is one of the Emirates investors who invest in Kenya’s fast growing economy
