The just concluded World Cup has seen a radical shift in position in FIFA rankings. In the latest list published yesterday, Kenya moved 13 places up to hold the 95th position, a massive boost to the very hyped Harambee Stars.

The World Cup winners, Germany with no doubt hold the top most position, followed by Messi’s national team Argentina. Netherland’s impressive performance at the tournament saw them shift 12 ranks to hold position 3.

The ‘controversial’ Brazil well remembered for 7-1 thrashing by world champions hold position 7 closely followed by 2010 world champions, Spain.

With that said and done, lets see if Kenya will stand for the new position in the next feature against Lesotho.
