Kenyan woman Lucy Muchene has passed away in Newcastle, UK
We wish to announce the promotion to glory of Mrs Lucy Muchene on 19th November 2014 of Newcastle Upon Tyne after a long battle with cancer.
She was a loving wife to Mr. Ernest Muchene, a caring mother to Lona Muchene and a great step mother to Nicholas Muchene. She was a daughter to Mr. David Mwangi Kariuki and late Mrs Elizabeth Nyambura Kariuki of Murang’a. She was a sister to the late Rosemary Wanjiku, Godfrey Murigi, David irungu, late Joseph Ndung’u, late Norman Mwangi and John Kamau.
She was a daughter in-law to Mr and Mrs Wanjohi (mama Carol) of London, sister in-law of Pauline Wanjiru, George Aliwa, Caroline Wambui, Doreen Shiru and an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are meeting everyday for prayers and funeral arrangement at 10 Honister Close, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE15 7LG and Flat J Dance House, 130 St Nolbert Road, Brockley London SE4 2FF between 6pm and 9pm.
