Deputy president William Ruto has moved to contain growing discord in the Rift Valley over the formation of the Jubilee Alliance Party-JAP. The Deputy President said JAP critics in the region have no political game plan and declared that he has the best plan to clinch the presidency after President Uhuru’s term in Statehouse. Ruto was addressing a gathering that came to meet him during a tour of the national government’s road projects in the county of Elgeyo Marakwet.
