An ICC defence witness has said Nandi Senator Stephen Sang is among the people who fixed Deputy President William Ruto.
The man, identified only as Philip, on Saturday told the Star Sang was among those who linked them to donor agencies facilitating the witnesses.

“Sang was among those who worked as a legal adviser at USAID, where he facilitated payments to us as witnesses,” he said.
Sang promised to respond to the allegations later as he was attending a function with Ruto in Kapsabet.
He sent a text message saying: “In church service with DP in Kapabet. Let’s talk afterwards.”
Philip also named Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar and ex-councillor Jane Wangui.
