A Kenyan man in Austin, Peter Wambua, passed away in a hospital after being sick for quite a long time. He had no job nor family here in the US and had not been home for over 37 years. His elderly mom who hasn’t seen her son for that long is asking for any help to be able to at least bury her son. A funeral home in Dallas has agreed to ship the body home for a cost of only $5,500. DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT
We are saddened to announce the death of Peter Wambua, who passed away on December 29th, 2015 in Austin, Texas. He hails from Tala, Kangundo.The late Wamua was on life support for over a year, after suffering 5 massive heart attacks. The deceased didn’t have any relatives in US, and the least we can do for her aged mother, is to give her an opportunity to bury her son. Not forgeting that the last time she saw her son was in 1976, when he was coming to US.
