In his amended suit on Tuesday, he wants the court to declare that he is a biological son of the deceased and is entitled by law to have his name.

He also wants the court to order that he is entitled to inherit Mr Ntimama’s property and be joined as a beneficiary of his estate.

He has sued the deceased’s wife Mrs Dorcas Pedelai Ntimama, Lee Funeral home, Kilimani location area chief and the Attorney General.
