It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Burton Gitahi
Kabua, husband to Teresa Wanjugu, son to the late Kabua Gikonyo and Alice Wanjiru of Thuti Sublocation,
Karima Location, Othaya, Nyeri County.
Brother of Julia Wangui Gatweku of Ihuririo Chinga and of the late Kiama, Gathoni, Wangechi,
Wothaya, Ndonga and Watetu. Father of DK Ndirangu, Susanah Indimuli (Murunyu, Nakuru), Gachie
Gitahi-GG ( Wilson Airport), Judy Macharia (USA), Prof Kiama Gitahi (University of Nairobi),
Florence Muigai (Nakuru County – HQ), Lilian Kanyi (Tara Lab), Dr Githinji Gitahi (Amref Health
Africa) and Winnie Muthoni (Avenue Group).

Father-in-law of Priscah Ndirangu (USA), David

Friends and relatives are meeting for prayers at St Andrews Church Nairobi at 5.30pm on Thursday
1st Dec and Friday 2nd Dec. Prayers are being held daily at his Othaya home.
There will be a prayer service at Loresho Community Church on Sunday 4th December at 3.00pm.
Burial will be on 7th December at his home in Karima, Othaya, preceded by a church service at
Gatugi PCEA Church at 11am.
