Only in Kenya: Home-Made Three-Wheeled ‘Convertible Car’ Turns Heads in Nairobi
Whoever said Kenyans are not inventive enough can take back their words.
Lately, Kenya has stood up to be counted in the field of creative innovations. From making home-made cars to assembling a fully functional airplane and even a rocket, it is clear that we have brilliant minds.
Our only let down is an education system that creates half-baked professionals who rely on ‘Mwakenya’ and cramming. Hopefully, that will change beginning next year when the government rolls out the new 2-6-3-3 education system.
Speaking of innovations, our ‘Only in Kenya’ series has stumbled upon an interesting vehicular creation that is turning heads in Nairobi.
In all honesty, we don’t know if it is a convertible, a nduthi, a tuktuk, or the Kenyan and cheaper version of the Batmobile.
It was spotted somewhere in Kasarani constituency and it is quite the spectacle.
