It is with deep sorrow, yet with humble acceptance of God’s perfect will, that we announce the passing of our beloved Elizabeth Ndinda Mbuvi, who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 14, 2026, following a courageous battle with illness.

Elizabeth was the cherished daughter of Rev. John and Salome Ndambuki of Lanham, Maryland. She was a loving and devoted mother to Nadiah Landers, currently serving in the United States Military and stationed in Washington State, and Haidan Landers, a student at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.

She was also the beloved sister of Anita Mumbua Mbuvi and Janet Mueni Mbuvi.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in the promise of eternal life and rejoice in knowing that Elizabeth is now resting peacefully in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

A Tribute to Elizabeth Ndinda Mbuvi

With hearts filled with sorrow, yet strengthened by the hope found in Christ, we celebrate the life of Elizabeth Ndinda Mbuvi—a beloved daughter, devoted mother, cherished sister, and treasured friend.

Elizabeth’s radiant smile, gentle spirit, and loving heart touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She carried herself with grace, kindness, and quiet strength, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends.

As the beloved daughter of Rev. John and Salome Ndambuki, Elizabeth was raised in a foundation of faith that remained evident throughout her life. She was a proud and loving mother to Nadiah Landers and Haidan Landers, whom she cherished deeply. Her greatest joy was seeing her children grow, succeed, and pursue their dreams.

To her sisters, Anita and Janet, Elizabeth was more than family—she was a confidant, a source of encouragement, and a constant reminder of the importance of love and unity. Her presence brought warmth into every room, and her laughter will forever echo in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Although illness presented difficult challenges, Elizabeth faced her journey with courage and resilience. Even in moments of pain, she demonstrated remarkable strength, inspiring those around her through her faith and perseverance.

While words cannot fully express the pain of losing someone so dearly loved, we take comfort in God’s promise:

“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.” — John 11:25

Today, we do not simply mourn Elizabeth’s passing—we celebrate a life beautifully lived, a heart that loved deeply, and a faith that now rests in the eternal presence of the Lord.

Though she has departed from our sight, her love, kindness, beautiful smile, and precious memories will remain forever engraved in our hearts.

Elizabeth, your journey on earth has ended, but your legacy of love will continue through your children, your family, and everyone whose life you touched.

May God grant comfort, strength, and peace to the Ndambuki family during this difficult season.

Rest in eternal peace, Elizabeth Ndinda Mbuvi.

Forever Loved. Forever Remembered. Forever in Our Hearts.
