According to Gichuru, she has received death threats following the fake news reports, after she landed at JKIA around the same time Raila did.

Through her official Twitter account, she called upon IG Joseph Boinett and acting interior CS Fred Matiang’i to investigate the incident, terming the allegations levelled against her as “vile, vicious, dangerous and fake.”

Through a series of tweets, Gichuru pointed out that she had travelled to Ghana on Sunday 12th, before heading to Moscow where she moderated a conference on ending TB.

Just landed.
If you are travelling to or from JKIA, no worries, the roads are now completely clear. 15 minute drive from the airport to Langata
