Six Facebook admins to fly Kenyan flag in California and walk away with 5 million each

Six Kenyan Facebook Admins are among 115 participants selected for Facebook’s first Community Leadership Program. The participants will be awarded up to $50,000 each(5 Million Kenyan money) for their various community efforts, will grace the Community Leadership Program summit at Facebook Head Office at Menlo Park, California and will also receive training, support and funding to advance further positive social impact.

Facebook Community Leadership program is an initiative designed to support the leaders who are innovating ways to better support their communities through Facebook. The initiative, whose mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together announced 100 Facebook groups to represent 46 countries globally.

The selected participants will grace the Community Leadership Program summit at Facebook Head Office at Menlo Park, California and will also receive training, support and funding to advance further positive social impact.
