A Maryland man who police say sent sexually-graphic photographs of himself to a Penn Township girl has been arrested.

New York Port Authority police apprehended Denzil Edunglot Musumba, 30, on June 4 as he was trying to depart the port for Kenya, Northern Lancaster County Regional police said.

Musumba has a last-known address in Silver Spring, Md.

He was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant related to charges of corruption of a minor and unlawful contact with a minor for sending sexually-graphic images of himself to a 17-year-old Penn Township girl, police said.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office arranged extradition and Musumba was returned to Lancaster County and arraigned on the charges on Thursday.

He was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Musumba is awaiting further judicial process and evaluation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.
