For four years, the full content of an envelope better known as the Waki envelop in reference to justice Philip Waki who chaired the commission on investigations on post election violence has remained a top secret. Although it is public knowledge the envelop had 20 names of Kenyans believed to have played major roles in post election violence, only 3 people among them Waki know the identity of 14 others in the envelop. But this could change soon. A section of Jubilee mps is now taking a two-pronged approach to force Waki to reveal the entire list of names contained in the envelop Ocampo received in 2009.
