Every Governor wants to catch up with Alfred Mutua of Machakos County.In Kiambu, Governor William Kabogo was quite busy in December welcoming potential investors and showing them around his county. Just before Christmas, the governor held a meeting with Mr. Ruiqing SHEN, Secretary of Communist Party of China (CPC) Wujin District, Changzhou City in Jiangsu Province of the People’s Republic of China, where discussions revolved around co-operation in investments in the energy and industrial sectors in Kiambu County.
