The Lynchburg Police Department says Simon Gitau was found unharmed.

LYNCHBURG, Va. -Lynchburg police need your help finding a missing 12-year-old boy.
Simon Gitau was last seen getting on the bus at Dunbar Middle School Wednesday afternoon.
His mother thinks he may have run away and may be staying with someone in the area.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with a navy and grey plaid button up shirt and blue-jean shorts.
Police say he’s a little over 4-feet tall and weighs around 75 pounds.
