Remains Of Kenyan Lady Killed In Saudi Arabia Brought Home

The body of a Kenyan lady was brought back to the country two years after she was brutally murdered by her employer in Saudi Arabia.

The body of the deceased Eunice Wanjiru who was allegedly hanged by her employer arrived at St Teresa hospital mortuary amidst cries from her relatives who had long waited to bury the body.

Kiambu Women Representative Anna Nyokabi who was present said that stern action will be pursued through diplomatic circles available to find her killers.

Nyokabi further urged young people to properly do research from the ministry of foreign affairs before they travel abroad for work.

Wanjiku’s parents John Chege Kahiga and Leah Gathoni said she left their home in 2012 not knowing what would befall her.

Wanjiku’s body will be laid to rest on Wednesday next week at her home in Wangige in Kiambu County.
