Remember that beautiful dress made of 6,000 white pearls Lupita wore to the Oscars..? It has been reported stolen.
TMZ writes that the dress was stolen right from her Hollywood hotel room on Tuesday. Lupita was staying at the London hotel in West Hollywood and the theft is reported to have happened some time between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

The dress is valued at $150,000 (nearly Sh14 million), and was loaned by Calvin Klein. It was made by hand by designer Francisco Costa, with input from Lupita herself.
“We got a call at about 11:30 last night from someone at the London Hotel about a high value dress that was stolen from a hotel room,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Officer John Mitchell confirmed.
Police are now reviewing footage from the Hotel and hope to catch the thief.
