DIASPORA GIVING BACK: SHIPMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO KENYA

DIASPORA GIVING BACK: SHIPMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO KENYA
DIASPORA GIVING BACK: SHIPMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO KENYA

In the aftermath of the Garissa University terror attacks , Christine Muchene the brains behind Shiloh Afrique Foundation knew that diasporans could not wait for a perfect time to respond to the tragedy. With her experience in healthcare and community work she knew that the best time to attend to a need was NOW . With awesome support from partners and volunteers, she decided to move and her  ask questions later.

Available figures say the  attack left  150 dead and 79 wounded!  There  are people who might be  restricted to wheelchairs and other ambulatory devices for a long time. Most hospitals in Kenya have a shortage of these equipments.  Even the largest  referal hospital ( Kenyatta National Hospital) has an acute shortage of the same. The hawk eyed founder of  Shiloh Afrique Foundation  knew too well  that the surplus  equipment in  facilities all over America  could be a lifeline to some  hospitals and families in Kenya. We have collected a truckload of these equipments ( see pics) in less than a week.  We  shall  therefore appreciate your  financial support to ship them to Kenya.

Shiloh Afrique  Foundation has been active in the  US diaspora community since 2006. We are a  registered 501(c)3  in America and your dollars are tax deductable. We believe you can partner with us to  bridge America with  Kenya medically. An INITIAL amount of $20,000 would  help ship about 3 containers of assistive devices.(wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, hospital beds, cluches, commodes, diapers etc ) to Kenya.

Together we can assist the  wounded victims of GARISSA MASACRE and BEYOUND. Your partnership can in effect change our collective world.

Thank you as you purpose to partner in this mission.
