EACC wants three ministers, PSs charged
NAIROBI, Kenya, May 12 – The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission has recommended charges against three Cabinet Secretaries who were being investigated over corruption-related activities.
Sources have told Capital FM News that files of the three CSs have been forwaded to the Director of Public Prosecutions for approval.
The commission has also recommended charges against three more governors in addition to Mwangi wa Iria of Murang’a.
Others that the EACC wants charged are three Parastatal chiefs who were questioned by the commission detectives since last month.
The DPP has already approved charges against Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter and nominated MP Sonia Birdi over the Gilgil weighbridge saga.
