Celebrated gospel artist Don Moen and his wife Laura were on Thursday hosted for dinner by the Deputy President, William Ruto and his wife Rachel.

Don Moen popular for his hits “I will sing” and “God will make a way” has been on his first visit to the country for different concerts in Mombasa and Nairobi.

His first concert dubbed Worship at the gates alongside music legend Lenny Leblanc was held Friday and Saturday last week at KPA Mbaraki Stadium.

During the dinner at the Deputy President’s home in Karen, Don Moen, his wife and Leblanc were gifted custom made Maasai shukas.

Rachel Ruto who shared photos of the visit on her Facebook page said the singer has a massage of hope for the country.

The artists got to hang out with the second family including the Deputy President’s daughter June Ruto.

Don Moen and Leblanc will host a two-day concert at Nairobi Baptist Church starting Friday winding up their tour in Kenya.
