The Roanoke Police Department is conducting a death investigation after a body was found Monday morning inside of a room at the Rodeway Inn Civic Center in Roanoke.
The Roanoke Police Department has identified the man who was found dead in a hotel room Monday morning.
The victim has been identified as Geoffrey Maina Ndwiga of Roanoke. He was 37.
Roanoke police are investigating Ndwiga’s death as a homicide.
A Rodeway Inn hotel employee found Ndwiga’s body in a room around 11:23 a.m. Monday morning.
The Rodeway Inn is near the Berglund Center.
