A Psalm a day keeps the devil away- Daily Reading Plan for PsalmsWhy Oh Lord do you stand off?, Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble? 12) “Arise, Lord lift up your hand, O God do not forget the helpless”(NIV)

Psalm Ch.10: If you feel far away from God, guess who moved!? How many times have you felt so close to God one day, but so far from Him the next? I wondered. I know sin erects barriers between us and God, but sometimes He seems distant even when I have not sinned. Why does God feel far away just when I need Him most — when I’m in difficult circumstances or when my situation looks hopelessly impossible? I never intend to move away from God, especially in tough times. Yet sometimes He feels so far away. What has happened? your belief level could have unconsciously decreased because of a situation, the promises of God of his constant presence have been clouded i.e. Isaiah 43: 1-2, Deuteronomy 31:6, a big break through is just around the corner. Remember you are not and never will be helpless, if God arose to save your life from death by sending his son to die for you he will surely arise to save your situation, just keep praying, keep doing good and keep holding it together.
