Award winning gospel musician Gloria Muliro on Saturday laid to rest her late father, David Muliro, in Vihiga County.
The singer’s father passed away on Sunday 10th of July.
He was given a fitting send off as hundreds of people flocked Emanyinya Primary School in support of the singer and her family.
Among those in attendance was former ODM Secretary General Ababu Namwamba.
During the send off ceremony, Gloria Muliro caused quite a spectacle when she greeted the Budalangi legislator in a kneeling position.
The moment was caught on camera and a photo shared on social media by the grieving singer.
However, not everyone was pleased with Gloria’s kneeling as they questioned why she had to.
According to Gloria, it was a show of respect in accordance with her community.
