In his will, Njenga Karume designated Emmanuel as the primary beneficiary of his vast business empire, which includes shares in several companies such as Kiambu General Transport Agency Ltd., Majoreni Agencies Limited, Ngorongo Tea Factory Limited, Heri Limited, Kenya Wine Agencies Limited, Jacaranda Hotel Limited, Karume Investments Limited, Kabete Distributors Limited, Cianda Estates Limited, and Forest Road Flats Limited.
While Emmanuel Karume Njenga is the youngest billionaire in Kenya, it’s worth noting that there are other young Kenyan entrepreneurs who have achieved significant financial success.
For instance, Mubarak Muyika, a Kenyan-American entrepreneur, founded Hype Century at the age of 16, a web hosting company he later sold for a six-figure sum.
He then established Zagace, a company offering business software solutions. Muyika has been recognized in Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 list in both 2015 and 2017.
