A Kenyan family in New Jersey is in deep shock as they come to terms with a second death in barely three weeks. Mrs. Ruth Muinde who had come to the US to take care of her granddaughter died on June 22nd 2011(Read her obituary here) and now the granddaughter Sheila Ruth Kamwele Kioko died on Wednesday, July 13th 2011 at Hackensack New Jersey.
CELEBRATION OF A GREAT LIFE
It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing to Glory of Sheila Ruth Kamwele Kioko which occurred on Wednesday, July 13th 2011 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey following a bravely fought battle with Stomach Cancer.
Sheila was 21 years old; a student at Bergen Community College and Secretary to Bergen College Student Government Association (SGA).
Beloved daughter to Mr.Jeremiah Kioko Ndunga and Dr.Maria Mwikali Kioko and sister to Paul D. Kioko of Lodi, New Jersey.
She is the granddaughter of John Muinde and the late Ruth Nzaumi Munde of Kithyoko, Kenya and Paul & Sara Maive of Kithimani, Kenya.
She is niece to: Alfornse Mbithi Kisilu – Barclays Bank; Winrose Mutindi Kisilu – DC Office; Nakuru, Kenya; Raphael Mutuku Kisilu- Gateway Insurance Kenya; Michael Muinde Kisilu – Nairobi, Kenya; Matthew Kioko Kisilu – Eldoret, Kenya; Elizabeth Nthambi Kisilu – B.A.T Kenya; Christine Nyaga – UBA Nairobi; Martin Muli – DC Kangema and Veronica Kioko – Survey Office, Eldoret, Kenya; Mary Wavinya – US Embassy Nairobi, James Kyalo – Matuu, Machakos and Joyce Mwikali – Kyasioni, Machakos
