The body of Charles Ndwiga Mugo is still stuck in US as family members have not been able to raise enough money to repatriate it. They are now appealing for help from Kenyans of goodwill to make their wish of seeing the body of their son come true.

Charles was the only son and third child of Paul Mugo Jackson and Madris Warue of Kinthithe Embu, Kenya. He was the brother to five sisters:  Sarah Igoki Mugai, Nancy Warue, Cathrine Mumbi, Beth Njoki  Muriithi, and Lucy Wawira, and was the only sibling living in the USA.  He had no blood relative in the USA
His family in Embu has requested his remains to be repatriated to Kenya; Hopefully he will be buried in Kinthithe.Embu

We are saddened to announce the passing away of Mr. Charles Ndwiga Mugo (Feb 7th 1974- Jan 12th 2013) of Carrboro, NC.

He was involved in a fatal single car accident on Saturday January 12th 2013 in Richmond VA.

Charles was driving alone on this fateful night. He was the only son among five children of Mr. Paul Mugo Jackson and Mrs. Madris Warue of Embu, Kenya and the only sibling in the USA.

He was a brother in law to Dr.Chris Kivuti and Beth Kivuti of Apex North Carolina.

His family in Embu has requested his remains to be repatriated to Kenya for Burial. This calls for your prayers and financial support.

Charles lived in Carrboro, NC and worked at the UNC in chapel Hill.

Prayer meetings are being held at the Salvation Army, Raleigh Corps (902 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27604).Meeting times will be as follows:

Sun Jan 20th/ 2013 7:00 to 9 PM
