Tuesday, the 5th of February 2013 –With less than a month to the March 4thelections, new opinion polls by at least three independent pollsters have given Prime Minister Raila Odinga a very slim advantage over his closest rival in the presidential race Uhuru Kenyatta.
The polls by Ipsos Synovate, Infortrak and Strategic Research were commissioned by Citizen TV for its new prime time news programme‘Monday Special.’ The polls were conducted between the 30th of January and the 2nd of February.
According to the Ipsos Synovate poll Raila and his runningmate Kalonzo Musyoka has a 4% lead over their rivals in the Jubilee alliance Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto.
