The Jubilee Alliance presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate William Ruto have petitioned the National Cohesion and Integration Commission to investigate and recommend for prosecution, their rival in the Cord Alliance, Prime Minister Raila Odinga for alleged hate speech and incitement to violence.
