President Uhuru Kenyatta has this evening left for London, United Kingdom for a three-day official visit. It is Uhuru’s third foreign trip since becoming President on 9th April. He has being to Tanzania for EAC meeting and Ethiopia for IGAD head of States meeting.
During the visit, President Kenyatta will attend the London Conference on Somalia and also hold bilateral meetings with UK Prime Minister David Cameron and other UK Government officials.
The London Conference on Somalia will discuss among other things, the Horn of Africa country’s political stability, security, maritime situation, public financial management as well as justice and policing.
