Video:John Githongo In Court To Face Libel Charges

Former Anti Corruption Boss John Githongo appeared in court on Monday in a case in which he has been sued for defamation over the Anglo Leasing scandal by former Cabinet Minister Dr Chris Murungaru. Murungaru went to court in 2006, alleging that the former ethics and governance PS had, in his book,  made claims against him that were damaging to his character. Githongo has denied the charges, Chris Wang’ombe reports.
