President William Ruto has previously appealed to the Kamba community to pray for Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
In a 2016 event in Makueni County, Ruto humorously remarked that the Kamba people should pray for Kalonzo, who had been involved in anti-IEBC protests, suggesting that he needed guidance.
He said, “I want you to continue with serious prayers, and remember to pray for my brother Kalonzo,” highlighting his perceived missteps.
