Friday August 24, 2012 – Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Chief Whip Jakoyo Midiwo has requested the Police Commissioner Mathew Iteere and Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko to order the arrest of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga advisor Miguna Miguna for allegedly withholding ICC evidence.

In a parliamentary proceeding on Friday, Midiwo who is also Gem lawmaker, accused the police of laxity in arresting Miguna and said the police were colluding with Migunaโs financiers in covering his arrest.
Midiwo termed Miguna as a man who has been paid Prime Minister Raila Odingaโs enemies to tarnish his image by writing a โghost bookโ with no direction.
The brilliant lawmaker said he will file a case with the High Court to order the arrest of the Miguna Miguna.
In his controversial memo Peeling Back the Mask: A Quest for Justice in Kenya, Miguna has implicated the PM with the 2007-08 post election violence and has allegedly said he has credible evidence to connect the premier with 2007 violence.
