KENSAP HELPS PLACE 14 KENYAN STUDENTS IN TOP U.S. COLLEGES

The Kenya Scholar-Athlete Project (KenSAP) has helped place 14 Kenyan students in top U.S. colleges in August, 2013. These latest admissions push KenSAP past a notable milestone – 100 Kenyan students placed at highly selective American colleges. Their total now stands at 103 students.  This year’s KenSAP class earned places in most Ivy League Universities.

The Early and Regular Decision admissions successes are as follows:

Victor Kogo –  Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, Bowdoin, Colgate, Kenyon
Stephen Laboso –  Cornell, Vassar, Wesleyan
Chemtai Langat –   Brown, Cornell, Oberlin
John Langat –   Harvard, Pomona, Swarthmore
Yvonne Bungei –  Williams
Samson Chelgut –  Columbia
Janeth Jepkogei –  Tufts
Cleophas Kalekem – Brandeis
Sharon Kipruto –  Chicago, MIT
Fredrick Mandela – Brown
Kevin Manyara –  Princeton
Charles Mulemi – Stanford, MIT
Caryce Tirop –   Amherst
