People say that you should always wear a smile on your face, but that is not possible if it does not come from within. You should always carry the peace within you, for it is the most beautifying thing you could ever have.
Peace is the number one beautiful ornament you can wear. Peace brightens your heart and it makes you look beautiful too. If you want to have a good physical posture when you stand, sit and walk, peace is the perfect posture of the soul.
Jesus Christ is the one who gives us peace for the bible says, “My peace I give to you.” Notice Jesus says “My peace.”
Here is the key to the super naturalness of this peace: it is His Own personal peace. It is the same deep, rich peace that stilled His heart in the midst of mockers, haters, murderers, traitors, and everything else He faced.
He had a calm that was unnatural and nonhuman. In the midst of incomprehensible resistance and persecution, Jesus was calm and unfaltering; He was a rock.
It will take time to teach our hearts who Christ is and to let peace rule. We too must set our heart and mind to learning.
” And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ”
