He was Son of Joseph and Lydia Mutuli. Nephew to Redempta Obare. Husband to Rita Oyosa. Father of Christine, Linsen, Lydia, Lexy. Brother to Margaret Omondi, Ruth Sumba, Jasper Omondi, Sabina Obare, Modesta Akello and in-law to Pastor David Kateeba of Destiny Christian Ministry.
