In acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved father,George Uku Mukima who passed away peacefully on July 3, 2015 after a lengthy illness.
Service and burial will be celebrated at his home, Mbilini on Friday, July 17, 2015.
He is survived by his six children; his beloved sons, Lawrence, Morris and Kyalo ; his beloved daughters, Jane, Rose and Lily. He was the beloved father-in-law to Faith Mutheu, Eric Ndaka,Pius Kasyoki, Rachel Mwikali and Diana Kyalo.
He was the cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren; Faith,Victor, Muoki, Muala, Mwikali, Liza, Lisa, Tabby, George Musembi, George, Kavithe, Liddy and George; 6 great-grandchildren; Steve, Isaac, Jordan, Eric, Jaylen, and Dorris. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his surviving sister, Agnes Muli and two brothers, Mutua Uku and Henry Mukima, four sisters-in-law and the Mukima family and friends.
The memorial service for the the late Mr George Uku Mukima will be on Saturday 7/18/15- 5-9pm at the DFI Church, 13100 Andrew Drive, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20904.
