GATUNDU South MP Moses Kuria on Tuesday said he will soon unveil the names of witnesses he procured for the Kriegler and Waki commissions.
He said the ICC relied on the commissionsโ reports on the 2007-08 post-election violence to pursue its Kenyan cases.
Kuria said after he names the witnesses, it will then be upon the ICC prosecutor in the case against Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang to give details of the โfixersโ.
The prosecutor will also say whether the โfixersโ are the ones paraded by the prosecution.
Kuria said he will give the names of the witnesses under oath at a date he did not specify.
โIf the source of ICC case is Kriegler and Waki, then it is unfortunate. I procured witness for Kriegler and Waki. Very soon I will say who they are,โ Kuria said at a press conference at Parliament Buildings last evening.
The MP, who has caused a storm over his claims that he procured witness, thanked Cord leader Raila Odinga for his โassertionโ that Ruto was fixed.
Kuria said the former PM should go beyond rhetoric and record a statement with police and the ICC.
Raila yesterday said President Uhuru Kenyatta coached witnesses to fix Ruto at the ICC.
