Justice Francis Tuiyot in his ruling said that the election was not free and fair.
Judge Tuiyott at the same time ordered Kolosh to pay Sh1 million in election costs.
The ruling came moments after the ODM lost yet another parliamentary seat after the election of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino was nullified.

The Supreme Court has nullified the election of Mohamed Ahmed Kolosh as Wajir West MP after a successful petition filed by his rival Ibrahim Sheikh.
In a ruling delivered on Friday, the court held that Kolosh was not validly elected on August 8, 2017, and directed the IEBC to conduct a fresh election.
The top court discovered irregularities at Qara polling station saying the results were manipulated in Kolosh’s favour.
Reports indicate that the number of voters who cast their votes at this polling station exceeded the number of registered voters.
Kolosh’s election had been nullified by the High Court before he filed a case at the Court of Appeal.
The appellate court upheld his election prompting his rival to seek redress at the Supreme Court where his election was annulled on Friday.
Addressing journalists after the ruling, Kolosh warned his rivals to prepare for a bruising battle and vowed to retain the seat.
“I am ready to go back to the people. When I come back, I will ensure necessary legislation are put in place to limit the authority of the Supreme Court.
“To Wajir people, please remain united. Do not be divided into two camps. I dare my opponents to contest in the by-election,” he stated.
The Supreme Court had earlier ruled that MPs Babu Owino (Embakasi East), Kangogo Bowen (Marakwet East), Moses Lessonet (Eldama Ravine), Christopher Omulele (Luanda) and Annie Wanjiku Kibe (Gatundu North) were validly elected.
