Kenyans over the past couple days have been questioning the whereabouts of Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho after he left the country for Europe and seemed not to have returned, a month on.
The Governor had left the country for Estonia early in March on a benchmarking trip seeking to improve partnership between the European country and his coastal county on matters tourism and e-governance.
The governor even took time off his official schedule to engage in fun activities including ice fishing while in Europe, sharing photos of himself with his followers on Instagram.
The governor decided to quieten the waters on matters his whereabouts as he took to his social media page to share images of himself in the country and at work.
Reports indicate the governor flew in over the Easter holiday and is already going about his duties serving the people of Mombasa.
