Migori Governor Okoth Obado is tomorrow expected in court for a ruling on his application seeking to be released on bail.
And contrary to earlier reports of his luxurious life in prison remand, Obado who has been in custody since last month has since adapted to his new home where he freely mingles with other inmates.
