CIC Insurance Group, the leading co-operative insurer in the African region, bagged the Best Training Initiative, Best Marketing Initiative, Best Insurance Company in Composite Business 1st Runner-up, Best Insurance Company in General Busines 2nd Runner-up, Best Company in ICT 2nd Runner-up, Best Customer Service Innovation 2nd Runner-up and Best Company in Claims Settlement (Life) 2nd Runner-up of the year.
