Friday January 11, 2013 – Eldoret North MP William Ruto is set to make a major announcement today that will shake the ongoing political realignments in the country.
Mt Ruto’s campaign secretariat team sent an invite to the media saying the cunning politician will hold a news briefing on Friday morning in Nairobi before heading to Kericho for a rally.
Ruto, who is the United Republican Party (URP) leader, together with Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta will today hold a series of meetings in the vote rich region.
Uhuru is expected at Kipkelion at 10.00 am while Mr Ruto will address Jubilee supporters at Ndenai.
The two leaders will then address a major rally in Kericho town at 2.00 pm
