Deputy President William Ruto has finally handed over 100 acres farm in Turbo near Eldoret to Adrian Muteshi, the Internally Displaced Person (IDP) with who they have been locked in a prolonged court dispute.
One of Ruto’s aides Isaac Maiyo handed over the land to Muteshi’s family during a ceremony witnessed by neighbours of the DP at his rural home which is located near the land.
Muteshi was represented by his son-in law Mumo Mwendwa who said they were happy to have back the land and that Muteshi had no person grudge with Ruto.
A former farm manager at the farm Alphonse Isiaho returned to take over the land where all buildings were demolished during past land clashes in the area.
