Why is Raila opposed to 60,000 title deeds for Coast residents?-Contradiction

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has opposed plans by the Jubilee government to issue at least 60,000 titles to Coast residents. Raila said the move is meant to hoodwink Coast residents into believing the Jubilee government has their interests at heart.

Speaking in Mombasa Raila said the land commission is the only organ mandated in the constitution to address the thorny issue of land in country.  The Cabinet on Tuesday approved the issuance of 60,000 title deeds to Coast residents by the end of this month in a move to address the squatter problem there.
