English Point Marina is a world class hotel owned by two Mombasa born brothers Alnoor and Amyn. It sits across the stunning old Mombasa skyline in a natural marine basin with a breakwater coral shelf that is perfect for a marina.

The two brothers say their guiding principle was to build a resort to the highest international standards of design, functionality and safety and to incorporate the latest energy saving, recyclable and renewable technologies. English Point is situated on a beautiful white sandy beach, with full access to the warm waters of the English Point creek and spectacular views of Mombasa old town, Fort Jesus and Old Mombasa harbor.
English Point Marina Partnered with KCB to constructed this multi-billion project landmark that is expected to re-position the Coast circuit as a prime tourist destination on Africa’s Eastern sea board.
Despite the high prices of the apartments and the pent houses, ranging from Sh 36 million to Sh150 million per unit, the apartments are almost sold out. The 5-star housing project will not be surrounded by high walls and tight security common with such establishments and it will house a marina that will accommodate 88 yachts, luring high-end tourists into Kenya’s coastal town.
The Sh 5 billion marina, which has been under construction since October 2009, was initially scheduled for completion in December 2012 year but that did not happen due to difficulties in construction on the sea-front.
