“Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, “declares the Lord; for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. “(Isaiah 55:7-9)
Each one of us has got a way of looking at things or doings things. This is based on either what we have read or been taught /passed over to us by our parents, teachers, pastors/priest s, relatives and/or friends. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
What we need to understand/know is that the Lord of the universe has got His own way in which He wants things to be done/handled. It’s therefore imperative that our ways must be in compliance with God’s ways. Anything short of that is unacceptable to the Lord of the universe. Let us remember that and preach/teach it to others
