ü Maximum loan amount of Kshs 20,000,000
ü We will finance a maximum of 70% of the Land sale value

ü The Land MUST HAVE a clean TITLE DEED of which ABC will verify with the Lands Registry.
- 2. Construction Loan
ü Land with a clean title (within a country)
ü Approved building plans
ü Approved structural drawings
ü Priced Bill of Quantities reports
ü Profile/CV –Architect, Quantity Surveyor, structural Engineer, Contractor and Project Manager
ü Applicants contribution – provide evidence of won funds for the projects equity contribution
ü Contractors Agreement specifying duration of the project and performance bond
General Requirements
- Copy of Title: (if lease, minimum term 45years)
- For outright purchase: Sales agreement or offer letter from the seller
- Valuation report (valuation fees payable by Applicant)
- Ground Rent and Rates: Latest receipts confirming payments to the city/town council
- Life Insurance: ABC Insurance quotation
- Landlords using rental income as security, ABC will carry out a rental assessment
