Kidero Condemns Saba Saba Rally- affected businesses

Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero has condemned Mondayโ€™s CORD Saba Saba rally at Uhuru Park saying it negatively affected businesses in Nairobi city.

Kidero has however failed to give reasons why he skipped the much hyped rally that was attended by CORD Principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula despite him being a member of the CORD coalition.

Kidero was speaking at a city hotel after opening the international water association workshop on water conservation.

This is just a day after the CORD coalition read a 13 point resolution to what they termed as the current crisis in the country.

The coalition also made demands among then a national auditย  of all appointments made in the public service by the Jubilee administration.

Other demands included a national referendum to be presided over by a UN appointed body and a call for the Implementation ofย  the TJRC Report that will see historical injustices addressed.
